1. General
1.1 The website https://wearedope.com/ ("Website") is property of the company "DOPE STUDIO Data Systems and Internet Communication SA". ("Company"), which manages it in order to present its business activities and promote to visitors / users of the Website its products and services. Where the phrases "us", "we", "our Company" are mentioned below and any similar ones, they refer to the Company.
1.2 The use of the Website is governed by these general terms, which every user is required to read carefully, as its use implies their unconditional acceptance in their entirety. In case of disagreement with these terms, users are requested NOT TO USE THE WEBSITE, otherwise it is presumed that they accept the terms in their entirety. Since the use of any service of the Website is regulated by special terms of use, they constitute a whole with those present, but as special terms, they override the general terms in case of conflict.
1.3 The Website and the information and services contained therein are intended for adults only and may not be used by users under the age of 18. The Company is not responsible if, despite the above, minors voluntarily visit the Website or use services that may be considered inappropriate for them.

9.1 These Terms of Use of the Website are governed by the provisions of Greek Law and the instructions and regulations of European Law and are interpreted in accordance with the rules of good faith and business ethics. The Courts of Athens have the exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes arising from the occasion or interpretation of these terms (by explicit extension of any other jurisdiction).
